Main Responsabilities:
As Chief Legal Officer you will oversee the execution of transactions and advise borrowers and investors in French and German Switzerland in collaboration with our team and leading law firms. You will also be called upon to help the team in reinforcing its legal procedures and in developing and structuring investment schemes focusing on private Real Estate Debt.
